RCS-5000 Restoration Coating Systemis a highly reflective, 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Roof Coating. By applying RCS-5000 directly to most conventional roofing systems, the average temperature and potentially devastating effects of Ultra Violet Rays and extreme weathering are minimized. This reflective system can provide an economical option to roof replacement, provide energy savings and sustainable, monolithic performance. Viable substrates include built-up, modified bitumen, concrete, metal and single-ply.

RCS-40 Rinseable Primer is a surface treatment solution that “chemically alters” the surface chemistry of EPDM membranes to dramatically improve adhesion of LaPolla Coating’s RCS-5000 Restoration Coating System 100% Acrylic Elastomeric Roof Coatings.

Therm-O-Sil Silicone Coating Systemis a moisture-curing silicone rubber roof coating system. The controlled flow properties of the coating allow a continuous, even film to be applied even on rough surfaces. Once cured, TF 2000forms a tough, flexible membrane that is integral with the structure itself. When properly applied, the cured coating provides a weather tight seal that will protect polyurethane foam from degradation caused by weathering, aging, oxidation, wind driven sand, rain and snow, the effects of ozone and ultraviolet radiation. The membrane remains flexible even after exposure to extremes of heat typically seen on roofs. |

Therm-O-Prime Acrylic Roof Primer is a single component, water soluble, acrylic primer that promotes adhesion of Spray-in-Place Polyurethane Foam to a variety of roofing substrates including BUR modified bitumen, concrete, masonry, galvanized metal and wood. Because of its dark color, Therm-O-Prime burns off dew and water vapor from the surface at a substantially faster rate than lighter colors. Increased solar radiation absorbed from the dark color can also substantially increase SPF yields. The water based formula eliminates odor and restaurant problems normally associated with solvent borne primers. |

component is a modified diphenylmethane
diisocyanate (MDI) quasi-prepolymer and the polyol
component is a polyether/amine blend. This system
contains UV stabilizers and Aluminum leafing pigment
for enhanced UV stability. |
